At Raíces Health Strategies, we believe that effective programming is rooted in community engagement and stakeholder involvement. 

Our stakeholder engagement services include focus groups, key informant interviews, coalition building, and community feedback sessions.

We support sustainability and growth for organizations, particularly non-profits, through comprehensive resource development. Our resource development services include fundraising planning and evaluation, prospective funder research, funding application writing and review, and project management for funding applications.

We provide a range of facilitation and planning services including public health related trainings and convening stakeholder groups such as workgroups, coalitions, and committees. 

We partner with organizations to bring structure and clarity to their existing content, turning raw frameworks and materials into cohesive, professional technical documentation.
