Andrea L. Lowe, DrPH, MPH, CPH owns and operates the Social Impact Studio Consulting, LLC where she works with small-to-midsized health and human services agencies to build equitable
policies, practices, and strategies at the local, state, and national level. Prior to starting her business in 2022, she spent 13 years supporting policy, advocacy, and strategic initiatives for local, state, and national governments, non-profits, and private sector entities.

Sophie Jean-Felix is a public health and community engagement professional with expertise in health equity, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, and program evaluation. She has led and supported initiatives in partnership with state agencies, municipalities, healthcare organizations, community-based organizations, and academic institutions, with a focus on community health workers, maternal health, public health workforce development, and community-centered program design.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of ESB Public Health Consulting, she helps organizations strengthen community engagement strategies, conduct research and evaluation, and develop sustainable programs that advance health and social outcomes.
